Pretty much the biggest change since most of the COVID issues have settled down is the time it takes for customers to receive their tracking numbers. This will be delayed as due to a recent law in Singapore, medicines can no longer be processed and mailed directly. We will not pack things at our Indian warehouses, and send it over to Singapore for forwarding. Once the package leaves Singapore, we will issue your tracking number.
- Couriers have informed us that it may take as long as 30-45 business days for packages to arrive, although most will arrive sooner.
- Tracking numbers can take 5-7 business days longer than usual to be posted to you and up to 2 weeks thereafter to show up online.
- Due to the new process, you will get your tracks well before they will resolve online. They have to start in India, make their way to SG, get put into the system, then after that, tracks will show up online.
