How long until I get my tracking number, and when will it resolve online?

Short answer: Around 24-72 business hours after you pay for your order.

You may get your tracking number pretty quickly after ordering, but it will take some time for it to show up online.

Until the track synchronizes online, you will see an error that the order is not found.

You will receive automatic e-mail and SMS updates along your order’s journey.

Once your package arrives in your country, it is advised to track using the local governmental postal service (ie USPS, Australia Post etc.) These local sites will have more detailed, frequent updates.

Do note that it is not unusual for parcels to have no updates as they clear customs for 2-9 business days, not including holidays.
