From EU to EU, UK to UK: 4-14 days.
From US to US: 4-21 days.

Couriers have informed us that it may take as long as 2-4 business weeks for packages to arrive, although MOST will arrive sooner.
Orders are simply arriving slower than normal.
We’ve recently been seen orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive from a few of our couriers. We are seeing better shipping times, but want to be proactive when communicating with you.
Tracking numbers resolving in the system have been taking up to 2 weeks. Check the courier’s official websites for the most accurate info (SG suffix – SingPost.com, etc.) You can also go to 17track.net/en for tracking updates.
